Created with two distinguished partners, Inter Rhône and Inter Beaujolais, Place des Vins aims to showcase the wines of eastern France and also major Europe wine-producing areas.
In January 2011, professional buyers will be able to meet with wine growers, producers, merchants, distributors and representatives of cooperative cellars who will be presenting wines from the Rhône Valley, Beaujolais, Burgundy and also the Rhône-Alps region (Bugey, Diois, Forez, Lyonnais, Roannais, Savoie).
Place des Vins, a dedicated area covering nearly 3000 m2, provides a fantastic opportunity for meeting people and doing business at a key period right at the start of the year, enabling exhibitors to present their new vintages to buyers.
And buyers will be out in force, whether they be from wholesalers, central purchasing units, hypermarkets, superstores, contract caterers or delicatessens, private caterers, cellarmen, importers, brokers, merchants, etc. And they will all be delighted to discover such a wide and varied range for developing their business all under one roof.
